How far will you be sitting from it. 43 is pretty small for 4k unless you are sitting pretty close.
Try COOCAA. I just bought one. You might have to import it though.

Only problem is it doesn’t have catch up apps on there, trying to get them from my Bravia tv to side load

I have an older Sony 49XD8305 (2016 model), really happy with it. 43" size should be even better since it was using TN panel with better blacks (slightly worse angles). I believe today it should be cheaper. Currently running Oreo and even got some a recent patch to it.
Every XBR model has Android TV do not buy KDL models
Search for philips, model shud start with 43PUS.....
Why not buy a 43 inch TV and a Shield or MiBox?
