From time to time I experience this problem in my nvidia shield: the video in the netflix app freezes while the audio continues.
If I close netflix and open it again, when I try to play a video, there's sound but no image. I have to kill the netflix app (home button twice, close netflix) to fix it.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I haven’t experienced that but I would say it sounds like a bandwidth availability issue. Do you have other users, devices or applications on your network that would be consuming large amounts of your available bandwidth?
Also, wired or wireless? Have you tried the other connection type?
